Welcome to Souvenir Hotel Jaipur. We request all guests to carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before making a reservation or using our services. By booking a stay or availing any facility at Souvenir Hotel Jaipur, you agree to comply with these terms and policies.

1. Reservations & Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid photo ID and contact details must be provided at the time of check-in for all guests.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of non-payment, incomplete details, or non-compliance with policies.
100% advance payment is mandatory before check-in for all room reservations, and prior to the event date for banquets, conferences, weddings, or any other functions.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy
Payment may be made via credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
A 100% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings (rooms and events).
Any additional charges incurred during the stay or event must be settled before check-out or event conclusion.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan or booking source.
In general, cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to one night’s retention.
For events or group bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will be subject to full retention.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly within the hotel premises.
Any damage to hotel property or disturbance to other guests may result in penalties or eviction without refund.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

6. Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 6 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

7. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises, except certified service animals with prior approval.

8. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in licensed areas such as Jugnu – The Bar and designated banquet or event spaces.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

9. Liability Disclaimer
The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.
Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables.
The management is not liable for any injury, accident, or illness occurring during the stay or event.

10. Privacy Policy
Guest information is treated as confidential and used solely for hotel operations, reservations, and communications.
The hotel will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Souvenir Hotel Jaipur reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are advised to review them periodically.
