At Souvenir Hotel Jaipur, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our policies are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth coordination for all our valued guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days prior to arrival will be eligible for a refund after deducting 20% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged 100% retention for the entire duration of the booked stay.
In case of unforeseen emergencies such as personal loss, medical urgency, or a family bereavement, guests may request a date change, which will be considered subject to management discretion and availability (excluding blackout dates).

Reservation Confirmation Policy
All reservations are subject to room availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
A 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable before the date of check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to release unconfirmed reservations in the event of incomplete details or non-payment within the stipulated period.

Early Check-in: Subject to availability after 9:00 AM. For guaranteed early check-in, the room must be booked from the previous night.

Super Deluxe Room: 2 Adults + 1 Child or 3 Adults
Suite: 2 Adults + 2 Children or 3 Adults
Restaurant Timings (Buffet Meals):
Breakfast: 07:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Lunch: 01:00 PM – 02:30 PM
Dinner: 07:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Additional Information:
Outside liquor, food, or beverages are not permitted in public or common areas of the hotel.
Pets are not allowed within the premises.
Kindly note that dormitory accommodation for drivers or attendants is not available.
